What Lures Should I Purchase?

I’m am new to fishing and I live in Denmark, so i want to know what kind of lures should i purchase to catch fish here (Pike,Trout,Carp,Bream) and some other coarse fishing, but also I would like to know what lures should I buy to catch sea fish off a dock
I don’t need anything huge as i don’t want to catch any fish over 30lbs. So does any one know a few good lures for lake fishing and a few for sea fishing
