What is the best food for my dogs?

Money is not an issue, although I would prefer to buy it in person rather than online. But go ahead and tell me what you think anyways.

Right now I’m feeding my adult Miniature Dachshund By Nature™ in Salmon, Ocean Fish, & Yogurt Flavor ( http://bynaturepetfoods.com/productpages/salmonoceanfishandyogurt.php )

And my 10 wk. old Chocolate Lab is currently eating Pedigree Puppy® Food for Puppies Original Chicken Flavor ( http://www.pedigree.com/really-good-food/product-page.aspx?id=1044&prevPage=viewall ) She is only eating it because I got a couple free sample bags from the shelter I adopted her from, but of course I want something much healthier for her.

What would you recommend? I know I can feed them much better food, I just don’t know what’s best.
I would rather not go with the raw food diet. I’m not good with preparing meals as it is, and I am kind of lazy when it comes to that sort of thing. I’d like to just have a prepared food to pour into my dogs bowl.

The By Nature food that you are feeding is a pretty good food, but the Pedigree is terrible. I did not find any info on the By Nature website stating that they do not use ethoxyquin to perserve the fish in the product. Ethoxyquin is a dangerous pesticide, and the FDA has banned it being used in human foods.

Since you have a grown dog and a puppy, you should feed an all life stages food. Taste of the Wild is an all life stages brand. I am currently feeding their High Prairie formula, which contains Bison and Venison to my 4 year old beagle mix. Other brands like Merrick, Innova, Wellness, and California Naturals all make great adult and puppy foods.
