Sport fishing is very varied. While all scenarios of fishing is different, there is some basic information that can help you understand the concept of leadership and which are useful to you as a fisherman. The basic information as descriptions of lead, using a leader and why an officer may use the information that will help you make an informed decision.

What is a leader?

The leaders are a long line fishing is set between the bait and its main line. Leaders can be created from monofilament, fluorocarbon, or steel braided line.
