ice fishing lures lake trout

What do I need to have a good time ice fishing for the first time?

I want to go ice fishing this winter at Whipple Dam State Park near State College, PA. I’ve never gone ice fishing before, but I have done a LOT of fishing in the past. I am planning on going with four buddies of mine. I know I need an auger some tip-ups and ice fishing poles. I know the lake has a lot of pickerel and some trout. What kind and how many tip-ups and rods (I have plenty of reels) should I use (keeping in mind we have five people), what kind of bait/lures should I get, and what else do I need to make this an enjoyable trip? Any help is appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
