What is the best way to clean the old fishing lures without damaging them?
I have over a hundred decoys days fishing were my father. They are in great shape, but must be cleaned. I need to know the best way to clean without damaging them.
For starters, do not use anything else that mild soap and a soft brush to wash. If the painted wood, l do not touch them, even with that, for fear of removing the paint. plastic lures must be good. The Crankbait fired a lake that was covered in growth and soft after washing, finishing almost looks new. painted caps but can get hairline cracks in the paint Over the years, and water can penetrate and lift the paint particles to reduce the value. make a shadow box for display in its current state.
